The group is forging partnerships within cardiology, professional bodies and academia to ensure that cardiac physiology develops as a profession.
One such contribution is the formation of the cardiology steering group. This regional forum has been created to bring together the heads of department from across the region. The group meets at venues across the South every two months.

Introduction
Welcome to the Cardiac Physiology Network South (CPNS) website. Established in August 2005, the CPNS, was created to provide a link between cardiac departments within the region and raise the profile of cardiac physiology regionally and nationally.
